The Legacy Collection turns your favorite sports moments into custom apparel. Upload a photo of your athlete, choose your design and options, and we'll create a personalized piece made to celebrate their season, team, and memories.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It's simple:

  1. Choose your favorite Legacy Collection design.
  2. Select your shirt size, color, and available options.
  3. Upload a clear photo of your athlete.
  4. Enter the requested personalization, such as name and number.
  5. Place your order.

We'll take it from there and turn your photo into your custom Legacy Collection apparel.

WHAT TYPE OF PHOTO SHOULD I UPLOAD?

For the best result, we recommend a clear, high-resolution photo of your athlete.

For best results:

  • Make sure the athlete is clearly visible.
  • Action shots work great!
  • Avoid blurry or heavily pixelated photos.
  • Try to use photos where the athlete isn't blocked by another player or object.
  • Original photos usually work better than screenshots.

The better the photo, the better we're able to showcase your athlete in the finished design.

DOES THE BACKGROUND OF MY PHOTO MATTER?

Not necessarily. Our designs are created around your athlete, so your photo does not need to have a perfect background.

The most important thing is that the athlete is clear and visible.

CAN I USE A PHONE PHOTO?

Absolutely! Most modern smartphone photos work great. Whenever possible, upload the original photo file rather than a screenshot or compressed image.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE NAME AND NUMBER?

Yes! Available personalization options will be shown when ordering. Make sure all names, numbers, and other information are entered correctly before submitting your order.

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN COLORS?

Available color options will depend on the design you select. We offer different combinations so you can coordinate your Legacy shirt with your athlete's team colors.

WILL MY FINISHED SHIRT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE EXAMPLE?

Each Legacy Collection piece is custom-made using your athlete's photo and personalization. Because every photo is different, placement, cropping, colors, and certain design elements may vary slightly from the examples shown.

That's part of what makes every Legacy piece unique.

WHAT KIND OF SHIRTS DO YOU OFFER?

Available shirt styles, materials, colors, and sizes will be listed on each product page. Be sure to review the product details and sizing information before ordering.

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY LEGACY COLLECTION SHIRT?

To help protect your custom design:

  • Turn the shirt inside out before washing.
  • Machine wash in cold water.
  • Use mild detergent.
  • Do not use bleach.
  • Avoid fabric softener on performance shirts.
  • Hang dry when possible.
  • If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat.
  • Do not iron directly over the design.

We recommend waiting at least 24 hours after receiving your shirt before washing it.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS?

Because every Legacy Collection item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept standard returns or refunds once an order has been fulfilled.

However, we want you to love your Legacy piece. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us. We'll review the situation and work with you to make it right whenever possible.

WHAT IF I ENTER THE WRONG NAME, NUMBER, SIZE, OR OTHER INFORMATION?

Please double-check all information before placing your order.

Because each item is personalized, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has started. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.

WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIRT?

Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we'll work with you to determine the best solution.

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE?

Every Legacy Collection piece is individually customized. Current production and estimated shipping times are 3-4 weeks

Please remember that production time and shipping time are separate.

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order when tracking is available.

DO YOU OFFER TEAM ORDERS?

Yes!

No! The Legacy Collection can be created for athletes across multiple sports as available in our design collection.
