At The Legacy Collection by On Site Apparel LI, every piece is custom-made specifically for you. Each order is created using the photos, names, numbers, colors, and other personalization details submitted with your order.

Custom Orders & Refunds

Because each Legacy Collection item is personalized and made specifically for the individual customer, all sales are final once production of your order has begun.

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer-selected options once production has started.

Our Satisfaction Commitment

While custom orders are non-refundable, we want you to be happy with your Legacy Collection piece.

If you receive your order and are unhappy with the finished product, please contact us. We encourage you to call or email us and give us the opportunity to make it right.

If there is an issue with your order, including a printing defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will work with you to determine an appropriate solution, which may include correcting or replacing the item at no additional cost.

Customer-Submitted Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing and submitting the correct:

• Name and spelling
• Player number, if applicable
• Shirt size
• Shirt color and other selected options
• Photos and personalization information

We cannot guarantee a replacement for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the personalization information you submitted, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Photos of the item may be requested so we can quickly review and resolve the issue.
